Free pickup is available from our Surrey and Burnaby locations. Free standard delivery is available on orders of $500 or more (before taxes) within British Columbia.Orders under $500 are subject to applicable shipping charges.Delivery times may vary based on product availability and destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup.Due to the nature of our safety products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered or picked up.If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact SafeTech Ltd. within 48 hours of receiving your order. A SafeTech representative will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange at our discretion.
Equipment RentalsEquipment rentals are available throughout the Lower Mainland and are subject to availability.Available rental equipment includes:HEPA VacuumsNegative Air MachinesDecontamination Shower UnitsAsbestos Disposal BinsOnce your rental is confirmed, you may arrange free pickup from the nearest SafeTech location.Delivery within the Lower Mainland may also be available for an additional charge.Rental charges apply until the equipment has been returned and inspected. Customers are responsible for the equipment during the rental period and may be charged for loss, damage, missing parts, or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.
